Yes,

I-140 moved from 11/8/04 to 1/7/2005

unfortunately for I485 , only 10 days from 2/4/03
moved to 2/14/03.
 
This is getting ridiculous

My 140 was filed in March 04 and the official date is now Jan 05. I am not sure what is going on with my 140. Very frustrating. I guess this is a good thing for people who have recently filed their 140s.

TSC Processing LIFO. ?????

TSC is following the rule of LIFO (Last in first out) from DEC 2004.
I think persons who has applied in dec 04 are getting approved and they are very lucky.

I am fed up with TSC and waiting for my lucky day (GOD knows the answer)
 
lxkumar...God did not get a green card ....;)

Even God wouldnt know...God never got a Visa to get to the US...(USCIS is slower,more careless, callous, incompetent department and worse than any government organization in any part of the world...even God would have to wait...!!!???)
I agree they are following the lifo method.

I certainly hope that you both get your 140 approval soon. I was in a similar situation till recently watching as people who had filed several months after me get their approvals. I was lucky to get my 140 approved recently. I do wish you all the best

Is there any way you can approach your local congress men or senators to call them and Expedite your process.

Since your PD is well before the current PD you will be getting I-140/I-485 together it seems.

Keep hope, that is the only thing we can do right now.

It is not just your case, I have seen so many cases like yours in this forum in the past.
