not much movement this time at TSC
I believe they will or have already started I-140 adjudications seperately which mean that people who had concurrently filed I-140 & I-485 in late 2003 and early 2004 should expect there I-140 approval. As usual TSC is slow in recognising New memos but better late than never. In the meanwhile people affected by these ever changing guidelines have to go thru the pains.

well we will have to wait & see progress
In fact we are also seeing some June/July 2004 I-140 cases being cleared but not much activity on the I-485 cases, so i guess we will wait & see how the trend emerges & what effects the new circulars have on concurrent processing.
