TSC processing 4/22/02? why no FP for 4/02

Are you guys sure your notice dates (not the receipt dates) are April 2002? If that is the case, you should see your FP/approval in a month.
In USCIS term, the processing dates mean that they are working on the cases from that date. It does not necessarily mean you should see the approval. Another way by USCIS to confuse us.
