TSC Pilot Program

Guys-
I have seen a few posts here refering to the pilot program. Can someone explain who all qualify for it....

My spouse applied for 485(derivative adjustment) based on my 485. She applied in Apr 04, as you know no need to apply for I-140. Would she fall into TSC Pilot program? I applied my 485 in oct 03 and approved in oct 04. I have seen few 04 RD approvals here lately, just curios.
also any links or info on it are appreciated..

There is no such thing may be their new pilot program is to randomly shred the cases, in which case you probably don't want to participate.
