Evidence were asked for the below:
1. Please submit articles or other published materials about you and your personal contributions that acknowledge your currently are in the national interest in our field and not merely promising of making significant future contributions or were not merely and author or contributor to a research project, but has held a prominent lead or major position.
2....letters from the petitioner's immediate circle...please submit evidence from your supervisor that indicates how many researchers are employed and shows that your salary, job title, performance review, or other evidience indicates you excel above your co-workers.
3. submit evidence to persuasively establise that the national interest would be adversly affected if required to obtain labor certification.
Any input is appreciated.
