TSC LUD 01/09/2008 system update?

I got a LUD on 01/09/2008 on my pending NIW 140 since 01/12/2007. Anyone else got the same LUD? Wondering if this is a system update like the one on 08/05/2007?

I am not sure, But I got LUD on my 485 ( based on NIW) 8th and 9th..Infact I do not see any update on my pending 140-NIW
 
I got LUD on 1/8 and 1/9 for my I-485 at TSC too. I am still waiting for the FP notice.
 
Brewtus: is your 140 still pending? Didnt you mention you did an AILA enquiry? or did you just file service requests? Hope things work out and you get your approval soon. I am currently wokring on my EA RFE and am waiting to hear on my NIW (NSC). Good luck.
 
thanks for your reply madmonkey. yeah my niw is still pending. i did do an ALIA inquiry after filing 2-3 SR's. My lawyer believes this lUD might be a result of the AILA inquiry i.e. they are finally looking at the case. the bad thing is i don't have a LUD today. i was hoping for a LUD today but nothing yet.
i dont know what to make of this. are they really processing my case or not?

Hopefully they are working on your case finally. I had couple of false alarms though - on 11/21 and 11/22 and again on 12/22 on my NIW - not heard anything yet. Given how long it took for my EA to be processed, i have decided not to bother with my NIW!
