I have been monitoring TSC 485 activity by watching all 485 cases sharing my ND (yes, all of them, it took me 10 days to run through all 5XXXX numbers, and the work afterwards has been quite easy. ) and representative 485 cases before me for the past seveal months.

I found a couple of approvals from yesterday.

SRC0117952XXX Approved June 26, 03; FP completed: May 27, 03
SRC0117952XXX Approved June 26, 03; received on May 22, 01; no FP info. available for this case.

I hope this is a sign of chronic approval of 485 cases in TSC.

What was the ND for test run?

Did you test it for SRC 01179 only or for more days as well.
I am monitoring, SRC 01172, 171 no approvals for last three months, virtually All have been FPd.

I have also checked up to SRC 0125, all approved.

Between 125 and 171, I have no idea.

my ND

My RD is Sept. 01 and ND is Nov. 01.

I ran 100 cases from 01-142; 01-179; 01-213; 01-250 and got about 4 to 8 485 cases out from each day. I hence check these cases together with my own ND date cases roughly every other day.

There are a lot of empty numbers from these dates and sometimes you got all cases approved within the checking range which is not very informative for montinoring TSC activity. I think the empty numbers are probably due to that mail room problem two years ago.

I believe, You are exacly at the date, when they quit approving cases systematically.
When you get approved, would be an indication that they have got organised and are processing cases in 2003.

Other cases are fluke, have special reason for approval or some thing like that.

Being on a positive tone, you will be the first to get approved in sane behavior of INS TSC.

Excellent work ffidx. Please keep us posted

Hope TSC processes according to ND.

My ND 9/01, FP 4/03

age out cases have priority

I was talking to my lawyer's assistant the other day.
She told me that most of 485 cases got approved lately are age-out cases. She also acknowledged that TSC 485 is really slow. Her firm used to get 485 approvals almost everyday, and nowdays, they get one or two 485 approval every week, and most of these are age-out cases. I think this may partially explain some of the randomness we have seen lately.
