TSC is adjucating concurrently

Guys and Gals,

Yesterday a couple of cases got approved concurrently. The 140 and 485 were approved together. One case was a 04 RD and the other was a 03 RD. I guess TSC is back to approving both apps together for those that filed concurrently. Hopefully they will do this for all pending concurrent cases from here on.

If I am not wrong the cases you are referring are EB2. They shouldn't have any problem in approving them concurrently.

You raise a good point. Of the two approvals I saw yesterday, one is EB2 for sure. Not sure on the other one. It maybe EB2 as well. Lately TSC has been doing all sorts of things. Not all EB2s have gotten concurrent adjucation. We just can't guess what course our cases will take. Anything and everything is possible.
