TSC IO phone number please..

I am silent observer on this forum and one of the long waiter on GC journey.
I see posts about talking to TSC IO and getting status on Namechecks/background checks/security checks.
I only know NCSC number where you submit Status Inquiry. I did get a SR letter last week saying 'background check is pending'. The previous SR letter said 'Security check is pending'.
So I just want to talk to an IO to see what he/she has to say.

Can someone please give the TSC IO phone number ?

Does it make differenc if they use word background check, name check or security check.

As one of my colleague received letter that name check is pending and I received for myself that background check is pending.

I have no idea. My guess is they are all the same but I think Fingerprint verification is different, which FBI sends back the results mostly on the same day to USCIS.
