TSC: How long for EAD after Rfe replied ?

My wife applied for I 485 in July 2001 and received the AP in September. She got an Rfe on her EAD for photos on Sep 5th, replied on Sep 28th.
The INS automated service message says - reply received on Nov 3rd and it will take about 90 days for a decision.

Please help me by telling me if anyone has received EAD after an Rfe from INS Texas recently. How long does it normally take. ?
