TSC - Help please...

The number 214-381-1423 has been busy for the last 3 days that I have been tring them continuosly.
This is crazy. Is there another number?
I need to check the status of my plastic card, and so far have only the A#. Donot have the SRC#, so cannot use the automated system
Guys, please help - this is very frustating!

call in the morning around 6:30am .Hold the phone until all the automated message is over and says good bye. Then it will automatically take you to waiting message. around 8:00am ins people will come in line.
