you are not alone... we are all together...
I just shared what I heard......
and be hopeful my friend ....
it is clearley seems that 140 process has been slow.... and it is assumed that most of the officers are working on 485 .........cases...
and I hope March month will be good for most of us.... I am not including myself because I am too far.... 03/03 date... but your sucess are mine too.... and give us hope.....
here 02 fillers are painfully waiting.......

POJ .. that should be good news to every one except those with CP. Lets wait and see .. you may be right as we have been seeing a lot of 485 approvals and hardly any 140s. As long as there is progress its good, though the best scenario would be where everyone would be benefitted.

This is not good news. It will be good if they link all service centers together and process all applications using priority date, rather than doing with RD, ND or FP. Everything should have fixed amount of time even for all cases from Labour, I-140 through I-485. Just don't think about TSC, think about all service centers.

AD-May be within another 6 months if luck favours

Please don't be upset I never meant what u are thinking....
I waited 16+ painfull months for 140. and I know the mean of waiting... I talked to my attorney about and learned that 140 now days meaning less.. because most of you will be surly approved..... and I didn't believed him.... many of my friends were cases were very week... and got approved... that somthing I realize it.
since 140 + 485 conncurrent filling came. we all notice ppl who filled conncurrently approved...and ppl 2000/2001 /few 2002 non-concurrently waited painfully while seeing approvals.... even we see 03/04 approvals... we don't know the story.... may be some reopened cases or somthing else... and we have no complain about it.... everyone got his own luck... I have seen ppl filled July-02 and not only they approved but their family came from india too.. so what should I say.... JUst luck....!
I belive only luck.... I waited 16+ for 140... some got approved within few months....... I just say they are lucky....
tell me why 485 ppl are waiting from 05/ 06 /07 when 11/01 are approved???????????? any thoughts.....?
I think same thing as equal when I think about myself... we all are in same boat....

May be his language is not so polished but POJ is just wishing us approvals (good news) in couple of months. But he sounded different while putting his thoughts into words. Give him a break.

the only thing we are sure is that it seems TSC is serious about making some changes, maybe just rearranging resouces, hopefully recruiting some more.
the most probable cause is i-485 backlog litigation. we don't know for sure. we will probably see given another month or two. but under this assumption, one can bet that TSC is gonna test everyone else's limit.
two things to note. one is that some of the forum members made suggestions that sound similar: use some of the resources from the eAD and AP cases on 485, the most daunting backlog. i am sure everybody understands why.
and for i-140 filers. you are still going to go thru 485, right? so as long as the suspected rearrangement is for 485, it still benefit you, in the long run.

Not yet complete and clearly "wish485.."
trying to get some news.................. hope soon....
btw I agreed with 'SRM' and 'Patientless..' Comments ......... and today I read some news that USCIS proposed for Two Year Valid EAD....
and also they are trying to use approach to open ur file once..... instead of Two time.... one at 140 and second 485.... this is total duplication of work. my 140 took almost 16 monhts... so tell me what is difference btw 2yr and 16 months? now days 900 days .... most approved 2.5 yr avg
and every year EAD I Believe 700+ thousands...
so bottom line is.... they are not going to put more ppl /staff resources...... but all they are trying to do is make things shorter and do it one shot/batch........
Hope if 2 year EAD + 140 Parallel process will help them to put limited resource and maximum output .... to end of backlog.... (there wouldn't be end but atleast controled backlog).
I am proposing if someone form us.... have good experties in Graph.. come foward and make some graph of approval using consoliated data or whatever resource available for approved casess so we can understand better what is difference between ... and track any progress....
