TSC FP Scheduling Nightmare worsening

Hi Guys,
People just filed 485 when 140 pending or filed them concurrently getting FP notice now. How about us who filed it more than 1 to 2 years ago? We need to protest TSC more, a lot more.

I filed my I-140 in May and I-485 in September when I-140 was pending. However, I received a letter from INS asking me to get finger print done for I-485 recently. Does anybody know why? Does it mean that my I-140 is approved? (I checked my I-140 status from INS but it shows it is still pending).

This person does not indicate which "Year" he filed for the 140 and 485. Also does not mention which service center he is filing at. So, the information cannot be used for the petitions unless you can get more information from the owner. My chinese is not so good so please try to get this information for us.

S/he filed 485 in Sept while 140 is pending (140 filed in May). This only could happen this year (2002) after INS started 485/140 concurrent filing.

He must have meant 2002. No doubt.
Concurrent filing is something new this year.
