TSC FOLLOWING RD on TRANSFER CASES?????

Guys,

Is TSC lining up cases based on 485 RD date?

If yes, doesnt that mean grand old daddys from VSC that got transfered to TSC is screwed ???

My example:
PD Jul 02 ( its meaningless I guess now)
RD 485- Dec 2002

New RD( VSC toTSC ) March 2007

IS THIS WHAT IS HOLDING UP NOW?

What a confused set of folks these are? WOnder what process chart they prepared before transfering cases. #$%^@& ol
 
Check who got approved in the last 2 weeks. Many Transfered from VSC To TSC got approved. As per your theory, they should not have approved. They are clearing old RD cases right from 2002/2003/2004/some 2005...

Yesterday, I had a talk with immigration staffer of my Congressman regarding my case. She updated information of my case and also provided general information as follow:

Around 20,000 cases were transfered from VSC to Texas. I asked her they are only I 485 or I 485 and I 140? She was not sure. I believe, 20,000 cases including I 140 and I 485, which were pending as on March 2007 to VSC and transfered to TSC. She also informed that I 485 cases, which have priority dates current and pre-adjudicated , will be be approved as per I 485 Receive dates.

I hope this information will help.

My 2 cents

Looking at the current approval pattern, it appears that they are factoring in a combination of PD + 485 RD, where PD is given precedence.
 
How do we know our case is pre-adjudicated?

Jack, Here is progress of my case per IOs
Call1: Io says pendig i background check
Visit Infopass: IO says all clear including name check
Call 2: IO says allclear assigned to officer
Visit Infopass 2nd time ( last week): All clear.

I have no clue whats going on.

You reciept date, is that RD in VSC or the new ones in TSC
 
Receipt date is date of originally file at VSC.
How do you reach to TSC Immigration officer on phone?

I140/485 applied Dec 2004.
485 RD - 12/7/2004
FP1 (code3) : May 2005
Case transfer to TSC on 3/12/2007
FP2 (Code2): 5/4/2007
LUD change 5/22/2007
Infopass appointment: 5/29/2007. Got information that everything is clear but couldn't give more info. because file is at TSC and not the local office.
Current since June 1st and waiting ....
 
I saw approvals for RDs Mar 2004 transferred from VSC to TSC.Mine is Apr 2004. I also saw an approval for RD Aug 2004
