EAD approved - Oct 24, As per AVM
EAD received - Oct 26 today
RD - July 2
ND - Aug 22
I guess everybody would be hearing about EAD soon. Check out AVM as several other EAD around my SRC.
 
I got my AP approval from my Attorney. Same situation may happen with EAD.

 
 
Angiodan Update

I recieved my EAD on 10/5. However, my wife is still waiting for hers. Isn\'t it amazing, all forms sent in together, and it\'s going into a month\'s difference for her card. I sure hope this isn\'t a sign of how the GC processing is going to be!

angiodan, it\'s not amazing.. from TSC.My husband\'s AP approved 1 1/2 monhs ago and still no news about my AP.Applied together.
 
Received EAD from TX

I got Interim EAD in Sept. from local INS office. On Oct 24 I received final approval of my EAD from TX.
 
ajax could you pl. post your experience with EAD from Charleston SC.

My case is the same need,to get interim EAD from Charleston. Are they issue EAD based on the RD ? Did you made any appointment ? Thanks.
 
Any of you guys waiting 90 days plus tried to get EAD from local INS office ??

Good Luck.Me & my husband got interim EAD for 1 year..RD is Jun 1st, but ND is Aug 28.They counted 90 days from RD.
 
Reji: Could you pl. tell us what are the documents they asked for ?? Did you guys

filled up any applications ? Photos will the took or you provide ? If you don\'t mind from which INS local office. Thanks.
 
I can not get interim from Dallas Local Office

Do not put to much hope on getting interim EAD card from local office. I went to Dallas local office yesterday, after waiting for 4-5 hours. The officer talked to me for 30 seconds and turned me down right away because I filed I-765 with TSC not local office. She asked me to go to the office receiving my case, but there is no office for walk-in for TSC. What a stupid logic.

It looks like that they do not have an uniform policy about this issue and every local office acts on it own. Is there any body getting interim EAD(EB based) from Dallas ? How about Houston or San Antanrio ? I have to get that before December.

They said the same thing to me also for AP

I went to local INS for emergency parole in sept. They said the same thing that if haven\'t applied in local ins center so you can not get from here. And the office where I have applied has only po box number.
I applied AP in august. I had to cancel my India trip because I haven\'t got yet:-(
