Hi all:
I have a couple of problems and I need from Gurus.
1. I have not received my plastic card yet. I did CP. My wife got in Oct, 2001. I am still waiting.
2. I have moved to new address in December, 2001. But I have registered mail forwarding with USPS and I am getting all the mail to new address.
I tried hundreds of time to call TSC and get hold of Customer Rep but no success at all.
My question is does the FAX to TSC for Case Status will work? Did anyone try this before? Please help me.
