TSC Express mail on Hold

I sent an express mail to apply for EAD on thursday so that it reaches on Friday (June 29). My 485 is already pending with the TSC.

Interestingly, TSC did not accept even delivery of my mail and it says that USPS left a notice..Can this happen ?

This is what I see on the USPS website when I track it :-

"We attempted to deliver your item at 11:40 AM on June 29, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

I verified the postal address again on my copy of the receipt and it matches the TSC address correctly.

Any ideas ?

Don't worry, I had a similar message and it was picked up the next day. The agent would pick up the next day between 9:00 - 9:30am. All the best.
 
I got the same message too

My situation was exactly same as yours, dont worry, check the usps website today, it would say that it has been delivered.

Is your case transfered from VSC to TSC?

Mine is a transfered case and I applied to TSC. Some people have applied to VSC and got their approvals too. So I was wondering if I should send a second application to VSC just in case.
