FYI, this petition filed by my employer was approved very quickly by TSC standards! It took only about 3 months whereas average EB1 approval at TSC is taking 9-12 months.

I filed an EB1-EA petition myself and the ND is 09/15/2001 (about 3 months before my employer\'s EB1-OR petition) and this case is still pending. So, obviously the random number generator at TSC did me a favor on my EB1-OR petition!

Since I already have an I-485 AOS application pending for about 6 months based on my wife\'s approved EB2-NIW I-140 petition, my employer\'s lawyer has advised me not to file a new I-485. So, all I can do now is WAIT.
 
qualifications

1) Ph.D. in Sciences from a Big Ten University.
2) 5+ publications in top journals in the field.
3) 10+ abstract/conference presentations.
4) 25+ citations of my papers by other workers in the field.
5) 3+ years of industry experience in the field.
6) 5 letters of recommendation (3 from professors in US universities, 1 from industry, 1 from an international expert in the field).
7) Membership in 3 prestigious professional organizations.
8) 1 professional award related to my doctoral work.
