Finally got RFE letter after two weeks. RFE is simple but with a little trickiness:
1) Self: EVL, Legal status during F-1 (attorney didn't submit I-20 originally).
2) Wife: Marriage cerificate and "Proof of no previous marriage", -- this is a little tricky. We married in June, 2003 in the U.S. Where should I get a "no-preivous marriage" proof? Anybody has ideas?
