I applied in June 2007 I just only received a notice of action (I-797) so until now I received nothing yet about my bio.do you think I have wait more .

You should have received a Bio appointment within a month of your filing...
For the actual card GC, may be it is a little bit soon, give yourself 9 to 11 months. But you never know with USCIS.
