My wife just got her labor approved. Her company lawyer is recommending concurrent filing. I was leaning towards doing consular processing for 485 since that is currently taking very long. What do you guys recommend?
Also, if we do concurrent filing, then do we need AP to travel out and come back into country? We have valid H1s as well. Also, I know that it is not good idea for her to change employers based on EAD. Can I change employers?
