NOw if this is true then they should be processing or at least on the path of moving to July 2003 concurrent cases. It also gives a clarity that one can inquire about the status of concurrent application based on I-140 processing dates. I really appreciate TSC going out and making this clear. Though it has downside of the backlogs for 140 approved pending 485 cases, but they are catching up on them slowly but steadily. However for concurrent if this is the way they are handling their cases then we should be seeing more concurrent approval in the near future and as a matter of fact, I am seeing a few concurrent approvals recently in the forum, as late as May 19 2003. Which means that TSC has already assigned concurrent cases upto July 2003 and are in process of adjucating them. Lets hope for the best and more can be analyzed from the next one/two months processing dates.
