seems like Dallas office adopted new system DORA and our Neberska farmers are still chugging with centurly old system.

so don't expect any magic from NSC, they will do it in their old fashion slow phase while all visa numbers are consumed by TSC

AFAIK, DORA was only for Family based cases - it was not for EB cases. Also it was just for cases filed in some local offices (Dallas being one) - not for the entire TSC.

So the current TSC flood of EB approvals is probably not related to this in any way.
