TSC - AP RFE - How long they take to adjudicate ?

RD : 09/24/03 ( for all 3 in our family)- AP Renewal application based on pending employment based I-485.

Recieved RFE for wife/kid to send I-140 .Sent them the RFE response with all other docs as well (03/02/04).

For folks who had recieved RFE on AP from TSC, can you tell how fast they processed it ? We need to travel in May 3rd week.

We got the AP approval in about 20 days after the RFE was recieved by TSC...I know for some it took much longer and for some it was approved in a week...May is still aways to go...i feel you should have your AP's by then :)
 
My experience

My AP's ND was 4/21/03. RFE was issued on 12/09/03. RFE response was sent to TSC on 12/22/03. (Their online message said so) On 2/11/04, They changed online message to "received RFE response on 2/11/04..." which was a lie. Because they couldn't give decision within 60 days after they received RFE response, they have to cheat on online message. After contacting local Congressman office for help, my AP got approved on 2/24/04.

For your question, how long? You calculate it.

My suggestion to you, print out online message whenever it changes to prevent their cheating.

BTW, the officer issued RFE was #394. If your RFE was from the same guy, be careful.

I got an RFE (I-140) on Jan 20, received it Jan 28, replied Jan 29, AP finally approved per online status on Feb 21, AP received in mail on Feb 25, BUT AP is dated Jan 29 and expires Jan 29 next year so I lost a month!
