She said TSC had 30 day backward processing window from their officially posted processing date, which is 5/1 at this moment. So it's normal that my April case is still pending... but it wouldn't be too long waiting for me (thank God could I take her word seriously?). I was also advised to call back in 10 days if nothing new...
