How come the number of cases pending in TSC went up
all of a sudden to 80,613 when the number of the cases
is going down in other SCs ? Does this mean more delays in
485 processing ?

That was kind of surprising, The cases almost doubled. God knows whether they posted that number by mistake or really number of cases doubled last month.

Since May of 1999, TSC have been slacking. Their back log was around 40000. I think that they are having a big (very big) internal problem, and did not even get around to updating their back log since then. Once the audit is over, trying to recollect themselves and posting the real back log. They are the worst performing center around. And have to find a way to fix it........

if you look at the SC reports the backlog increases occurred only in 485 cases, other cases doesn\'t have this kind of fluctuation. Lets wait for the next SC report and see if this is a mistake or for real

If as per TSC reports it is processing 6/1999 cases how come we see many cases with RD/ND of Dec 1999 (even 2000) 485 cases approved ? there are umpteen examples...can somebody explain, please

Go to www.murthy.com. That site mentioned that AILA had a
meeting with TSC. TSC has different way of posting processing
time, instead of using the oldest data of case, they use an
average date. That means they are processing cases both
before and after 6/99.
