TSC 2004 concurrent Filers- I485 Tracking

Hi everyone:

I see lot of posting on the I-485 filed in 2004 and approvals are also coming.

I would like to track the status and issues of I-485 filed in 2004 with TSC

I give below my details. Please keep share info. Thanks

I agree with you. Things are not looking to good for any of us EB3s from 04. Even if they approve a lot of cases in the next two weeks in anticipation of the approval freeze, they will probably approve 02 and 03 filers before us. Just a guess.

We may have to wait till next year. Its a scary thought but very probable at this point.

Hy guys,
I am in the same boat , looks like going further or forever , god knows and for my case there was no refs till today. My Lawyer sucks, dont know what to say (never trust desi lawyers )

I have one question. How do I know my application category ( EB2 or EB3). All I know is my application is filed under RIR, Employment based. Is it EB2 or EB3

Please see my signature. Could you make out from the details whether my application will be cleared based on the Priority Date. Or going to be delayed.

I think you can tell by looking at your 140 approval notice. I am not sure exactly what to look for though.

HI Everyone:

On my I-140 approval notice, it is mentioned the section number as : Skilled worker or Professional, Sec.203(b)(3) (i) or (ii)

Does it mean the application is filed under EB3 ???

why do you say that it will take a year to process EB3's from 2004?
I hope by next year you mean that FY2006 will start in October 2005 and then hopefully we'll have some movement in PD's for EB3 category. I am just living on hope right now and am really frustrated. Thinking about waiting another year for the GC just kills me.

By the way, do you have any predictions on the movement of PD's for EB3 category for FY2006?

I feel there will be lot and lot od approval in Oct 2005

I feel there will be lot and lot of approval in Oct 2005.This "no visa " is good sign in someway.It will create a backlog and good heat and then INS will clear backlog.CA was also having virtually stopped processing GC and then big crisis and then big approval.USCIS is creating the crisis and then managing it.It is called Crisis Management in terms of USCIS :D .My gut feeling is that Oct- dec will be very very good period for Texas Filers.Even Sara_76 will be cleared.You bet.I have studied the pattern of last 7 years of different center.

Just like others, I cannot predict what might happen. My feeling was that since there are so many EB3s from 03 and 02 still pending it is very possible that some of us may end up getting approved only towards the beginning of 06. Again, there are no guarantees. For all you know either of us may get approved before the 1st of July. Its a lottery ...

Well looking at the new approvals silence on the board over the last few days, I doubt many of us will be getting approvals prior to July 1st. I personally would think it is wishful thinking for my own case.

TSC has gone to sleep ..

TSC has gone to sleep already. There have been very few approvals lately. However, I always hope for the best and prepare for the worst. So far it has been all bad for me .. do not see it changing anytime soon. I still maintain that ANYTHING is possible at TSC. It is even possible for a few cases to get approved after July 1st. If TSC followed all the rules and did things right I would not have this opinion.

I140/I485 Oct. 8 , 2004
I140 approved = Feb. 18, 2005
I485 approved date == ???????? ludchanged May4, 2005 after FP
FP = May3, 2005
