Trying to bring family from Peru!

I want to bring my mother from Peru, and also my niece and nephew. She has had custody of them both for 8 years. They are 9 and 13obviously underage. She has taken care of them ever since they were born and she is like a mother to them. I know that bringing my mom is quick, but since I want to bring all three of them I wanted to know what I can do.

Extra Info: I've been a citizen of the U.S.A for three years.

Has she legally adopted them? If yes, she can file for them after she gets her own GC, and they can join her in the US 2 to 3 years later.

Otherwise, the only other route I can think of where your involvement is concerned is if you petition for your sibling who is the parent of your niece and nephew, which will take about 11 years, and then they can immigrate at the same time with your sibling if they're still under 21*. Your sibling would also have to regain custody of them.

There may be other possibilities that don't involve you, such as if they have other US citizen relatives.

*there is an age adjustment under the Child Status Protection Act, so with that adjustment they may still be able to immigrate at 22 or 23 or so.
