My husband and I just got married (Nov 20). He is presently in Canada and got his PR this month. I am working in US presently on an H-1 B visa. My husband is planning to move to the US sometime next year. I wanted to visit him this month for the holidays.
I plan to let the visa officer know that I am visiting my husband and need a tourist visa for that. Would this be an issue? Please advise.
