Truth about KCC email!!

Mele

Registered Users (C)
Hello Forumites,

I can c different post with people eager to know those kcc actually sent email to. There’s a lot of speculation, assumptions & probably commotion in d air on this!!!!

I think d best way out of this guesswork is to ask users like DVSCAM n his likes or anybody that has link to those company registering dv lottery on behalf of entrants.

So this people has (could assist with) the statistical breakdown of thousands of people they registered, those they receive d email on their behalf, those that won on day1 n didn’t receive emails etc..Especially if its more than 2 company, that will bring a clearer picture of diz whole issue ...

Also Bangladesh is a good case study, they have half of d whole dv 2012 14.7m entrants. so if a large pool of emails is received from company that registered on behalf of entrants in Bangladesh, then i think KCC just sent d email out to all qualified valid entry because d rule of DV states no country could receive more than 7% of d 50k allocated visas.

NOTE: DVSCAM was the user that first notice d flawed result on dis forum few hrs after ESC was active May 1st and started a thread 'DV was a Scam'. He was able to detect this because their company registered thousand entrants on behalf of people in Russia. So they'll use their personal company email & address instead of the entrant, hence a large pool of emails to be receive by them from KCC n also , d guy started checking entrant status right from day1. this will help to know maybe its those that check the status and lost that they r actually sending d email as claimed by KCC. I could have contact him but unfortunately, d guy had been banned for speaking truth with a controversial thread.

Thanks
