Trouble With Online Status Check?

:eek: :eek: ANyone having trobule checking on line status
when i put in my EAC# it says 13 characters needed?
whats going on?
I do have 13 characters?

is my GC file govinda?

Dont worry it must be something else.... hopefully files cant vanish from USCIS... unless someone hacks the USCIS system and removes everyone from the system to get his priority date current.

No geee did u check ur status online to confirm u are encountering the same problem?
 
I check it on firefox and I did not have any problems.... althou when I call them the voice mail says that they cannot access my records....
