Trouble with E-Filing RTD I131

I tried that E-Filing yesterday but it's very annoying. After I put my credit card info and get the receipt number, It ask me to press "Finish" button to get a PDF support document file, after I press that, nothing generated! Then from the instruction, it told me to call 1 800-375-5283 or email E-Filing.Support@dhs.gov to get the PDF file. Did anyone get similar experience before? Should I just sent them email and wait( I don't think I can get hold of them by phone :mad: ) Also, I pressed the Finish button twice, will them charge me twice? Thank you very much!
 
don,t worry at all.I had the same experience.just send them the print out with your recipt # with your photo.They will do the rest.
I did the same thing and I already have my RTD.

Actually, they already sent me the PDF file by email. So I just need send photo next? Do I need send them asylee prove letter? And how long it will take to get the RTD? Thanks.

I did send the old RTD (copy of every single page) along with photos, $$$, and copy of my Driver's License (DL). I e-filed and already got the RTD in hand.

Re: copy of DL - one time I didn't send it while applying and they asked me for it (request for additional evidence). Since then, I always include copy of my DL for RTD application.
