I tried that E-Filing yesterday but it's very annoying. After I put my credit card info and get the receipt number, It ask me to press "Finish" button to get a PDF support document file, after I press that, nothing generated! Then from the instruction, it told me to call 1 800-375-5283 or email E-Filing.Support@dhs.gov to get the PDF file. Did anyone get similar experience before? Should I just sent them email and wait( I don't think I can get hold of them by phone
) Also, I pressed the Finish button twice, will them charge me twice? Thank you very much!
