I have the H1B visa stamped in my passport which is valid till Sept 2009 (This was sponsored by my previous company - Company A) in Jan 2009 I shifted to Company B and the petition of the company B is valid till 2011 (This is Petition only, I have it with me, but I have not gone for stamping the new Visa of company B)
The Question is: I'm visiting India in May 2009 for 2 weeks , Is it that I need to go to chennai and get stamped the new H1B visa in May ,or I can come back and when I'm going to India in Dec 2009 at that time I can visit and get stamped
