I have my labor (PD: July, 2005, EB3) and I140 approved as a Lead QA Engineer.
Now management team wants to promote me to QA Manager.
Job description will be the same or almost the same with maybe a few additional tasks.
Is that ok? Will title change and a few new job tasks affect me somehow?
Lawyer said 50/50 if I'm in the same field (QA) and keep my job description the same - but recommended to keep my current Lead QA Engineer title... which sucks, 50/50 is not what I wanted to hear.
Please advice.
