Tri valley student reinstatement and H1b queries

Hi i got my reinstatement i20 from the current university a month ago , i need to apply for reinstatement.I am planning to file H1b for the current cap April 2012 .Can i do both reinstatement and also H1b under my previous masters.
I already finished my masters and after my opt was expired i joined Tri valley university.G
Guys please help me out like everyone even i am unable to sleep and decide what to do.

I have applied for a new university and applied for Re-instatement April 14th, wondering if anyone got their reinstatement done and got the f1 status back with the new university.
