All of them have PD ( original Labour) before December/2003. Looks like for Substitute Labour , NSC is considering RD as processing date unlike PD in original Labour cases.

Question : Did anyone with LUD on 3/31/2007 got approved recently?

If 140 is Approved, I don't think there is a Visibility of Original / Substitute Labor. Correct me if I am wrong..

I think if the I-140 & 485 were filed together along with Labor Substitution then only it has visibility.
