TRAVISA lost my shipping label how do I create new.

I created a prepaid shipping label from Fedex ship center. I sent it to travisa. Got message from them saying shipping label missing. After long chats with FEDEX on how to reprint it (as I do not have account) they told me only thing I can do is cancel credit card payment but I paid cash and agent is refusing to pay me back saying transaction had other things such as shipping equipment.
I said lets not cry over spilled milk but I want to recreate return label.
I do not know the weight of shipment and I threw the tracking number when last week I received notification that TRAVISA received my documents so guys for 4 passports what weight I should put on new label, what was your approximate cost?

Forget the UPS/Fed Ex BS... Just go with good old First class mail envelope from the USPS. it does the same job at a cheaper price.
