Travelling With I551 Stamp..do I Need Transit Visa

Do we need transit visa to travel via frankfurt with I551 stamp?????
I heard of London..I am not sure about frankfurt...where can I find info regarding this??? Thanks.

You'll most probably need a visa.

They only honor the Plastic Card and not any other form of travel document ( excluding the stamped visa. ) I-551 stamp is not considered a visa by other countries except Canada( ?? ).

That's right...

plus I've never had any trouble getting a transit/tourist visas through/for the UK, Schengen countries or Switzerland. Sure it adds a few more bucks to the cost of travel, but there doesn't seem to be much of a choice these days. Be safe rather than sorry...
