Travelling with AP

Hi,

I applied for my I-485 in Jan 03 at the Nebraska Service Center. So as per many predictions, I am hoping to receive my GC approval in the next few months. I am planning on going out of the US for a month in April '05.

I wanted to know if I get the approval when I am out of the country, would that affect my re-entry into the US and my GC approval. I will be travelling on my Advance Parole.

If you get approved while outside the countrr, the immigration officer will let you back in based on the AP. I hope you will get the approval before you leave the country.
