Travelling while I-485 Pending

hi!

my wife has valid H4-Vasa untill 06/2006 she want to travel india in 11/2005 can she travel without Advance Payroll?? as she has H-4 Visa reentry permit or she should apply for Advance Payroll??


Is there any risk without advance payroll???

As long as she has the unexpired H4 visa stamped on her passport she does not need AP and can enter on the same.

And she doesnot have H4 Stamped she can very well enter using AP even without getting it stamped.!
