Is it possible to travel abroad while H1B trasfer application is still pending. A friend of mine has a valid H1B stamp, and has changed employer. The transfer application is pending since January, and he needs to travel home by the end of June.
Is it ok to use the current H1B stamp, or should H1B transfer by approved before travelling abroad.
