Travelling to US on B2

Here is the situation ...

I have a 10 years multiple entry B1/B2 issued in India by my previous company. I had travelled thrice on B1 and later on worked on H1B as well.

Currently, I am working for a different company in Netherlands and I need to travel to US on B2 and had a few questions about the same.

1. Can I use the same visa (still valid)?
2. Does changing the company have anything to do with the B1/B2 visa?
3. Does travelling from a different location (not from place where the visa was issued) makes any difference at Port of Entry?
4. What would be the documents required at the Port of entry?

Thanks in Advance!

1. B1/B2 is a visiting visa and as far as I know has nothing to do with 'your company'. Its not a working visa.
2. It is valid for the period specified on the visa unless its been cancelled or revoked.
3. As long as the visa is valid, its good for travel to the USA from any country, does not have to be from where it was issued.

1. B1/B2 can either be a business visa/visitor visa. From what you say, it looks like it was a business visa, which means the visa should have your company's name on it too. So to travel to US now on business, you should probably get a new business visa for your new company. (If you worked on H1B, your B1 visa might be invalid).

2. Please see above.

3. It doesn't matter where you travel from when you are trying to enter the US. But remember that you should be able to satisfactory answer the questions that the immigration officer at the POE might ask you to show your non-immigrant intent.

4. If you are travelling on business, you should be able to furnish a document from your company explaining the need for you to be in the US and most importantly, how long or your I-94 might be valid for more than 1 year by their stamp. If you are travelling for pleasure, you should be able to show proof that you are (say return tickets etc.).
