Travelling to US 1 week before the interview

Would I have any problems entering if I travel to the US on business for 6 days returning 4 days before the interview? I have a valid B1/B2 and ESTA.

You may be denied entry because B1/B2 is a non-immigrant visa, and your interview proves just the opposite. There is a special form, advanced parole, for entering US while your case is pending. Try get one instead of your valid B1/B2.

I'm travelling to the US from the UK and back to the UK. I'm doing CP in London not AOS. I thought that Advance Parole is applicable to non-immigrants currently in the US who have applied for AOS and want to travel outside the US while their application is still pending. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
