Travelling to India

Hello folks,
me and my husband are waiting for the GC Approval.
we applied in jan 2002.our wac 02-091-xxxx.
can we travel to india with our advance paroal.As my husband is the primary applicant for GC and he doesn't have valid H1, we are kind of skeptical.what do you suggest?

If you both have valid AP's, that should be enough.

Its is better if your husband is having a valid EAD also otherwise it could be a problem at POE. But legally you should be allowed to enter USA till you have a valid AP with you.

Even God can't answer that .

but Optimistically another 3 months.

Thats a million $ question. Very very very very very hard to predict. Kashmir's thread should give you an idea.

INS is approving 20-40 cases a day, and there are a good 4000 unapproved folks before you .. but then again, you just might get hella lucky, and get approved before them ... but 3 months is I agree very optimistic.
