We got our GC on Jun 17 2004, stamped on July 5th 2004 and after that my wife stayed in India for about 5 months 20 days (~170 days) (from Nov 9 2004 to April 26 2005) and now, we need to go back to India on some personal work, we need to travel around 25th August 2005, we are planning approx. 3 weeks stay, can she travel to India with out any reentry permit, if yes how long she can stay in India. Is the 180 day limit resets every year or 180 is the total period allowed outside USA till Citizenship. Also is the 180 day limit starts from the date of Stamping ?
