I have a question. I am currently on OPT having a valid passport and F-1 visa, both of them not expiring anytime soon. I also have an EAD card application that is pending (I received my EAD card receipt but did not receive my EAD card yet). I also have a job offer from a company.
I just want to know if it is safe for me to travel to India and return back to US without any problems, with the above mentioned documents. If needed, I also can have the EAD card shipped to India during my stay there. Please reply as soon as possible as I have a family emergency.
