I am sorry if this question is redundant however I did not find details related my query anywhere.
So here is the question.
I am on H1B Visa valid until Sep 2014. My wife is on H4 Visa and I am now processing her H1B. I heard that there will be complications if my wife travels to India when her H1 is in process. But meanwhile, can I travel to India leaving my wife back in US? Does this affect her or my visa status??
