My wife is on her EAD (I am still on my H1). She is travelling to India on her Advanced Parole. Does she need any other documents besides her EAD and AP? Please advise.
from what i know......she will need her passport....(EAD may not be required)...a copy of receipt notice of 485 (not required but just in case).....AP (recheck the dates and stuff)......and depending on the route.....TRANSIT VISA.....(if via london etc..).
