Hi,
I got my passport stamped today. Contrary to my expectations, INS officer took the 485 approval notice alongwith other docs (I-94 card, EAD, 2 photo's). Now, how will I have a original I-485 approval notice when I go to India. Please let me know. Thanks.

A185 The stamp on the passport is sufficient. As additional security, carry your original I-485 approval notice with you.
