My wife is currently on an H4 visa, she applied for an H1 this year and was approved yesterday (June 19th). We wanted to visit India at the end of June but cancelled as her visa was pending approval, but now that the situation has changed I wanted to know if travelling internationally is OK.
We plan to leave in that last week of June and return in the second week of July. Does she need to carry the approval notice while travelling? Does she need to get H1 stamped before coming back?
